This is a trip to the spectacular Arrabida Natural Park, a protected area and with a rich vegetation and unique animal that is located by the sea, between Setúbal and Sesimbra.

The meeting between the sea and the mountains provided the formation of beaches of fine sand and clear waters existing only in the Mediterranean.

By the choice of the Franciscan friars, between the sixteenth and nineteenth centuries, still houses a convent and various isolated and scattered chapels where meditation was practiced.

From the excellent conditions for agriculture and cattle appeared several recognized quality products, including wine, cheese and convent sweets which can be seen along the route.
